Evap? Please help

Question

Ok so I've heard that sometimes the dollar store rests have to sit a bit longer to register. When I went to the ER in the past I've seen them check them and then come back later to "double check" is this an evap? I dont know how long it was bec I'm at work and got busy but it wasn't too much past. I've used these a million times and never saw this!!!

If its past the time frame requirement then its classed as invalid either way so i would retest then see if it comes up in the time. It looks positive to me if honest
