okay I need some opinions!

So 4 days ago there was very slight very light pink on the toilet paper. It only happened one time then nothing else. I do not have a regular period. Idk I have read it could be IB and then it could have meant that I was or had ovulated. I feel very nasuseated after eating but that's really the only noticeable symptom beside the above mentioned. I have seen so many negative comments on here so I am bracing myself for what ppl say back...if anything :-) thank you I just feel confused, nervous and so many other things.
