Elisabeth Nickname?

I want to name my baby Elisabeth after my late Mom. Her middle name was Elisabeth. I also want to call my daughter "Lizzie" for short. Is it weird that her name will be Elisabeth with an S but her nickname will be Lizzie with Z's??
