Braxton Hicks or contractions

Okay so all day today I've been having a really bad cramping pain in my lower abdominal and in my back. The pain comes and goes. It last about 30sec to 40 sec then it will leave. I don't know how long part but I'm getting scared because I don't know what is it. Can someone please help me?
