I am still doing spin and bootcamp 4-5x/week for 45-60 min. I am huffing and puffing though and have to modify some things already. My last pregnancy I walked everyday till the end. Baby came on his own and labor was quick-ish. Exercise helps!!

I'm trying 3 days a week for 30 mins, but I'm so tired. I hope I can do more in the 2nd trimester.
