Newly diagnosed with PCOS

I am 20 years old and just learned I have PCOS . Can Anyone on here tell me about it and how life is with it!? I'm supposed to take progesterone now and see if my period comes. I am really scared and very upset. If you read my profile you will see that for a while I was thinking that maybe I was pregnant, and also that is always been my dream to be a mom and now I'm scared that that dream will never become a reality and my heart will broken and I am very scared .
