My gynecologist is a witch

I went to the gynecologist because we've been ttc for 13 months now. She wouldn't even talk to me about any testing or anything. As soon as she walked in the room she started bashing on my weight. I get losing weight can help you conceive and I've been trying (she knows that). But seriously my entire appointment she was giving diet advice and pushing me to join a program. I'm 80lbs over what I should be for my weight. Again, I know I need to lose it but I literally left in tears because she was so rude about it and wouldn't talk to me about any testing for fertility. Sorry for the long rant. I guess I'm looking for outside suggestions to help lose weight/improve fertility since I can't talk to my gynecologist.
