How many women went into labor less than three cm dilated.

I've been having contractions for days and got checked at my appointment today, I'm 3cm. I went from 2 to 10 in an hour with my son but I also was in distressed labor because my brother had passed away. So I'm not sure how just regular dilation/labor goes. My labor with him was also only three hours long total from start of contractions to finish. Lol where did y'all start at and how long did it take y'all to get to ten?
