Im 5 weeks & 3 Days Pregnant 😀 After 3 Reccurent Miscarriages

I recently fell pregnant again after 3 reccurent miscarriages 😞

My last miscarriage was in august. I went to er early this morning due to cramping that scared me but they found no reasons and just gave me a percocet and said it was safe, do u believe it is?? and i had no blood. Also during ultrasound they seen a sac but nothing else. Im still crampin but moderate. Also my "Beta HCG Qnt Was 10649" is that good?? Please any helpful answers or success stories would be greatly appreciated 😀😀
