Library as a first job?

I have no work experience at all.. I'm struggling to get a job.. I had my chances but I blew it in the interviews.. I have really bad anxiety. At first I'm excited and as soon as I get there for my interview I completely forget who I am and what I'm about.. I'll take to long to answer questions some question I can't even relate too... my last interview the lady asked me how am I with group projects and how did I complete them" "how did u become a leader within your group what did u do for people to get things done by your deadline" uuuuuummmmmmmmm💭 ... when it came to school I was quiet. I couldn't even speak in front of the class. I tried making up a lie on how I did it and overcome it but I failed miserably. And plus I'm antisocial people can never hear me no matter how Loud I talk they always say "huh" so it makes it worse for me and that's where I'm anxiety kicks in. So yesterday I walked to the library and asked if there hiring they said yes and to come back today. Should I do it? I like reading books and I was hoping if I got hired it'll help me alot with my anxiety and talking issues and I'll do way better for my next interview... ugh I'm nervous already just by typing this😔
