I am 6 weeks and all I eat is crackers,doritos, apples, just snack stuff. I really haven't been able to eat a meal. I eat chicken noodles as well and suck on fresh lemons. I haven't called my doctor yet about nausea medicine. I was hoping to find relief some kind other way if possible. I just get that feel where I want to puke but nothing comes out. I sip on water and sprite all throughout the day.

1. Eat little, and often.
2. Eat protein-rich foods. (Like nuts)
3. Cold meals can be better than hot ones.
4. Have a snack before you get out of bed, such as dry toast. Because if you get up on an empty stomach, it can make it worse. (Remember to eat it slowly)
5. Drink water between meals too.
6. Keep morning sickness diary.
7. Sniff lemons. The smell may help, or put a few slices into your water.
8. Get plenty of rest.
9. Settle your stomach with ginger tea. You can also try taking ginger syrup or ginger capsules.
10. Take pregnancy multivitamins.
11. Try a complementary therapy.
12. Talk to a friend that understands. They can help you.
