just advice idk what to do anymore

So bout two weeks ago I got off my period yeah my bf and I have sex and yeah I'm on the pill but he didn't wear a condom a couple times and yeah he finished inside me but I've been on birth control for 3 months now almost four. But last Friday I started spotting and severe cramps was happening and to this day I'm still bleeding. Enough to wear a tampon and idk what to do. I have an appointment for my doctor as a 3 month follow up on Tuesday. But some people r saying it's an ovarian cyst and others r saying that they experienced it around the same time they started the pill. My boyfriend talk to his doctor and his doctor plum said that I could be pregnant. What do I do??? My bf said that a while ago he could afford and be there if I was to get pregnant and now he's saying he can't be there he can't afford it. What do I do. Like we r both in a financial issue right now and we both know he wouldn't leave. It's just idk what to do. He isn't gonna leave but idk I stress over everything and take everything to heart.
