gestational diabetes

Hey mamas! So today I took the 3 hour glucose and was unfortunately diagnosed with GD :( I eat healthy, I workout daily, and have felt great, so needless to say this was an incredible blow for me. It's really taken a toll. I'll meet with a nutritionist tomorrow but am struggling. Just seeing if there are any other mamas out there who feel hopeless and confused as I am?! I feel as though my body is betraying me.
