Help what do I have down there?!

I'm really scared I have an STD. I just assumed it was a yeast infection so I started to take monistat and it's the 7 day treatment and I am on the 4th day. In the mix I also got my period and weeks before I had extremely bad acne which I never tend to have ever... and mine was extreme so I played all of this up to be hormonal embalance but now I am scared. It hurts extremely badly when I urinate to the point where I've stopped eating and drinking so I won't have to go and I am scared my yeast infection is starting to go to my throats because it is sore and I'm getting little red itches dots on me (only 4) two on my leg one on my neck and one on my arm. Please help me without judgement I am young and nervous. I've never had a yeast infection or a gyno appointment before.

Sound like a yeast infection that's worsen down there. It also sounds like you could have a yeast infection in your throat as well. I'd go and get that checked out ASAP. Without treatment yeast infections could cause a lot of health risks including infertility.

if it hurts when you pee it's probably a UTI which is common with yeast infections they usually come one after another or hand in hand and you'll need antibiotics for both. if your stomach is cramping it could be chlamydia or another STI. go to the doctor asap
