Sleeping problems

Hello!! Well my daugther is 11 weeks and 1 day old. She is been a very good sleeper and very good girl to. But in the last 3 days she is been fussy, and is very difficult to get her to sleepshe feeds during the day every 2 to 3 hours and then use to sleep the whole night and go to the crib right away now it takes me like an hour to actually put her down to bed. Could this be a growth spurt? Or is just a face?
