What would I do ? Give me some advice pls .

My husband wring my neck last nyt n kick me n say lot of bad words to me in front of the kids , bcoz his mom tell him that i went to the store without kids ... I was out for about 10mins , is that wrong ??? ;( My eldest daughter look very shock on wat he did , n then my youngest daughter hug me tight while shes telling her Paps how bad he is for hurting me ... While im crying i decide to wash our clothes in the bathroom , n bring my cp to me for i can listen music n for i will feel better ... While im washing clothes i didnt know that my youngest pee on the floor near in our room , he got mad and go to the bathroom n throw my cp on the clothes im washing . So wat happen in my cp is totally broken .. full of water inside of it . he throw it n ask me to clean the floor wer my youngest pee ... ;( He always beat me bcoz of his mom fake stories about me . :'(
