ingrown hair????

About a week ago after I shaved these little bumps popped up in my bikini area. They have black dots in the center of them. They are really sore to touch. I have been putting neosporin on them. Some went away. But I have a few more that popped up. They are in groups and there's only a few? How to treat or get rid of them? Anyone know?
