Does anyone ever just feel lonely?

I fighting bipolar disorder and depression. I have good days and I have bad days but when my days are bad they are terrible. sometimes it's not just days it happens weeks at a time. I never know what to do but sit in the dark and cry.

Have you been diagnosed? Are u taking any medication for it? 
U have to push to go.out there and do things. The key to fighting depression is based on how hard u push urself to overcome it. Don't give in to it. Fight back!!!

Staying home alone with baby does get INCREDIBLY lonely. I have found getting out of the house makes this much better! Go to the library, go for a walk, go walk at the mall or at target. Sign up for a baby story time or music class. These things entertain baby as well as give you much needed time around other adults. When at home with baby I like to play music I enjoy singing to(babies can enjoy all types of music!), listen to audiobooks, or watch a feel good show such as friends! When the house is quiet it always seems more lonely.

yes i sometimes do even if i have my husband and son... But its normal i guess.. to figure out what you need and stuff.. if your getting sad and all that you should talk to a doctor.
