Cyst? Pregnant?

We've been TTC for 6 months now. On 9 DPO, I had slight spotting when I wiped (almost like a smear and was pinkish), but since then, nothing. On 11 and 12 DPO, I had stabbing pains in my right ovary area. I never had a cyst, but possible I had one and it ruptured? Today is 13 DPO and my period was due yesterday or today. I took a test with morning pee and it was negative. I usually have a 24-25 day cycle. The past couple days my boobs have been sore and my appetite has greatly increased. I feel like I'm starving if I don't eat every 2 or 3 hours. Any thoughts?
