Cracking joints?

Anyone else experience cracking joints during their pregnancy? I'm 10w5d and my elbows, shoulders and knees love to crack. It doesn't hurt at all, its just loud.

Yes I have this. I sound like I'm about to fall apart sometimes lol. It's because of the relaxin hormone in our bodies which is literally relaxing our ligaments, joints, etc. so that our body can stretch and grow a baby.

Yep. Your body produces the hormone relaxin to help relax your joints, limbs, and body to prepare for baby growing and then labor and delivery. But because of it you can hurt yourself more easy and joints crackle and pop.
