PLEASE HELP......NEED RELIEF ASAP

I have the worst burning and itching I've ever felt! I recently had to take antibiotics for strep and now I have this awful pain. Last night I used a 1-day yeast infection treatment but it seems to be worse today! And that shit isn't cheap!! I'm also taking acidophilus 3x a day. Any other tips that have helped relieve this awful burning and itching? The anti itch cream burns so much!
