Should we stop trying?

Hi, I'm new to this group as I'm currently going through my 2nd early MC.  My doctor says that in a couple weeks they'll do a bunch of testing to search for a reason why, but I'm not sure it will be covered by insurance and I can't afford a lot.  I don't have any desire to go through fertility treatments and I don't want to adopt.  Should we just give up?  I just don't know how much more of this heartache I can take.  I feel so low.
