Transverse at 38 weeks

38 weeks, had an appointment Wednesday, baby was still head down. Got home, and baby decided to turn that night! I can feel his head on my left side and his bum on my right side. I have tried so many things to encourage him back into the head down position. I was approved for a VBAC and I am terrified that I won't even get a chance at a vaginal delivery now that he has turned. Should I contact my OB and let her know he turned? Or should I just wait until my next appointment on Tuesday?
