maternity underwear?

Seriously what kind of underwear is most comfortable for you ladies? Before I got pregnant I honestly didn't wear any. Now that I'm pregnant and having a lot more discharge I have no choice. I've been wearing boy shorts but my stomach is getting so big it makes them roll down when I walk. I would prefer to avoid the high rise underwear just because I already don't feel sexy, and would definitely not feel any sexier stripping from my fruit of the loom hi-rise cotton panties in front of my boyfriend lol. I feel so out of control I'm a walking incubator and having a hard time accepting it. Help!!!
