scared to sit on her face

I'm 240lbs and just got my first girlfriend. We've been having sex for a while but she told me she wants me to sit on her face next time she sees me, but I'm scared I weigh too much. Like, I'm not obviously gonna throw all my weight against her but I'm wondering how I do it so that it feels good for me and it's not too much pressure for her
