Swimming with tampons?

When you go swimming on your period do you swim with or without a tampon in?

I use a fresh tampon just before swim. Just in case. But always with tampon.

I use a diva cup. Way way better for things like swimming!!

In most cases, you don't even have to wear a tampon in a pool because the pressure of the water makes the blood not come out.. it works for me every time

I'm a swimmer and I just make sure it's fresh before I get into the pool

I swim with a tampon I just change it more often because I get scared it will leak even though it never has. Plus the water slows down your period quite a bit but still don't go swimming on your period without a tampon or diva cup.
