I have a waist cincher that I bought from a local beauty supply store. I had it before I got preggo and it was a perfect fit. Now it's just tight enough to hold/fit everything back in without making me short of breath. I only wear it for about an hour at a time because of the tightness, but it has made my stomach go down tremendously.

If you have a c-section you can ask for an abdominal binder in the hospital. I received one but wasn't anatomically compatible - I have a short torso. If you want to buy one ahead of time I would try some on if possible to get the best idea of fit. Buy Buy Baby tends to have a display with a few out.
