Anyone in here have horrible heartburn?? Mine is so bad it makes me throw up. I've tried everything over the counter, tums etc. I've changed my diet to follow what my dr said to eat and not eat and it's still just horrible. I'm starting my 26th week with twins. Not to mention i haven't gone number two in almost two weeks. I broke down and took some miralax last night and tonight. Hoping it works soon. But I found out I have an iron deficiency and having to take iron every day is not helping with the constipation. I still have about 10ish weeks so I know it's only going to get worse. I know this is all more than worth it, but I'm really counting down the days till they are here, healthy and I can get back to normal.
