A little too much

So my boyfriend and I have been together for a short time only about 2-3 months althought I've known him for a couple years. I love him alot and I do enjoy everything we do together, we havent slept together yet just hot makeout sessions and oral sex. But I just sometimes feel like its too much, he always wants to be all over me but Im not always in the mood. Plus, I want our relationship to be about alot more than just sexual things. Im not sure if this is normal to feel that way, and also not sure how to talk to him about it either. Any help/suggestions are greatly appreciated :)
