dizziness related to ears?

I have pain in both of my ears.. pressure.. and feels like cloudy (only way to describe) and I feel like the room is spinning when I sit still!

Is this to do with my ears? Also how do I help it?

Yeah kind of sounds like vertigo. When crystals dislodge in your ear it messes up your equilibrium. If it is vertigo the only thing you can do are a few excercises ( look online) and wait it out 😐 feel better.

Its vertigo, I used to get a prescription, but Benadryl works just as well.

It could be. Your equilibrium could be off. I would see a doctor to see what's up.
