Firts appointment Tomorrow!!

I set up my first appointment for tomorrow at 8 am and I am hoping to hear good news and hopefully they can do an unltrasound tomorrow. Now my birthday is January 11th, so I'm thinking of inviting our family from both sides over that weekend for my "birthday dinner" but in reality it will be my pregnancy reveal. What do you think? And I might have made it very obvious this weekend that I'm pregnant since I didn't drink with them and I was super bloated. I think it can still be a good suprise.
