likely miscarriage, what to do?

My hcg dropped from 261 to 114 today. I had some bleeding on Christmas eve, but only lasted about 6 hrs. Going to the doctor tomorrow to confirm. I have had a history of ectopic pregnancy, so what do I have to ask my doctor? I don't feel like he has given me a ton of information about this, and I want to leave knowing I asked all the right questions, and that I can move forward with a good plan. Help please. 😞
