took three tests yesterday and positive but I've been having Bad cramps for the last two weeks.

 I thought I was going to start my period because the last two weeks I have been having cramps so bad it hurt to move. Not the normal cramp but mine are usually bad. The ones I have feel like the abortion pill (please don't judge, I'm older and more stable now). I just took the test yesterday and both came out positive. Could I be going through some kind of miscarriage? These cramps are unbearable and I have a hard time sleeping. Haven't been to the doctors, I have no insurance. Anyone with the same experience?
