bloated or baby

I'm on my second pregnancy and only 7 weeks and 3 days in, and Can see a huge difference in my stomach already. Like a bulge that's not going away lol. I went to the doctors today to take care of my ear infection, and weighed in less than what I did the day I confirmed my pregnancy at the doctors.. so weird to be getting a gut this fast when I didn't show with my son until almost halfway, and even then, could hardly tell unless you knew!
