am I pregnant

So I just got my bc taken out about 4 weeks ago, and have not had a regular period sense just some spotting here and there. me and my husband have unprotected sex and I am only spotting when I wipe. I'm extremely tired and am having some minor headaches with minor cramps. Normally never have cramps before a period. Could I be pregnant ?
