Can someone tell me what the flu feels like?

I think I may have it, but I don't have insurance and will have to go to ER if I don't get better. If you have had it, what were your symptoms?

You've never had the flu??? Wow. Chills, fever, cold sweats, whole body aches, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, no energy. No antibiotics you can take for it, it just has to run its course. You can try over the counter medicines like theraflu to try to kick it sooner but best thing you can do is ginger ale, saltine crackers or toast and plenty of sleep

I have it now everything hurts even my fingernails and toenails hurt. I went to the er on Christmas Day due to a fever of 102 and drs orders. Cough headache ears hurt body hurts all I want to do is sleep. I'm 23 weeks pregnant and they gave me tamiflu Tylenol extra strength for fever and robitussin for cough

FLU ALSO KNOWN AS INFLUENZA: also common symptoms is nausea. Nausea can result in stomach pains/cramps, diarrhea and vomiting.
