Help name choosing.

Okay so i am currently pregnant with a little boy and have 2 older boys ages 9 and 13, okay well my husband wants to name our baby julian, i love the name BUT my oldest son's name is julio cesar okay well he goes by cesar so we never really use the name julio, but i feel as if we name the baby julian we will be taking my sons name because to me julian and julio is too similar! Can anyone tell me if im right or wrong pease? Opinions welcome.
