Sleeping in own room?

Are any of you mommies still letting your babies sleep in the same room as you or are they sleeping in their own rooms? I'm thinking about having my five-month old sleep in her own room but I can't get over how scared I am. Maybe I should wait a little longer. If your babies are sleeping in a different room does it worry you? If not then how did you get over the fear if you had it?
