tail bone pain is this an early pregnancy symptom?

Alright so I am ttc for the first time and this month is my 4th month trying. Tomorrow I'm supposed to get my period but I'm hoping that I don't. But I have a question. Has any one ever had tail bone pain as an early pregnancy symptom? It really hurts to sit. I have also been having lower and upper back pain. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this before. I did not have this in all the other months in trying.
