8 DPO can I start taking tests?

I will be 8dpo tomorrow should I start testing with cheapies? Has anyone gotten a bfp that early... only symptoms are a pinching sensation on my nipples, minor cramps in right & occasionally left side of belly, also my smelling has gotten better.
