contractions
I'm having contractions every 3-4 minutes lasting about 20-30 seconds each. Talked to midwife and she said to drink water and if it continues start preparing to come in but to take my time. There was like no sense of urgency lol. What's a definite sign of labor? How far apart and how long should they be?
