difference in ovulation day every month?

So I heard that your ovulation day can differ from this month to the next...

We're ttc baby #2 and I ovulated on day 15 with out first baby. I obviously didn't ovulate on day 15 with this one as we are already at 10dpo and have not gotten our bfp (first baby I got my bfp at 10dpo)...

My question is this: by how many dats can ovulation differ even if my cycle length stayed the same since for ever, even after having our first baby?

I don't know that your ovulation day will be terribly far off, but I know that hormone levels rise differently with each pregnancy as well as when implantation occurs. 
For instance, my first pregnancy, I got all BFN till 15dpo when I got my bfp. 
Then this pregnancy, I got my bfp at 10dpo.

When I was first trying (7 months ago) I ovulated about 7 days after my AF ended. Then after about 3 months I was getting peak days 2 days after AF ended. I bought a new clear blue ditigial thinking it was broken and the next ovulation was 15 days after AF. Then last few months it was 6 days after AF. And this month I'm still waiting lol. I'm 5 days after AF completed. Looks like I am all over the board lol.

Yes ovulation can be different each month I figured this out when using opk I have a 31 day cycle one month I would ovulate on cycle day 15 and the next month it would be cycle day 21. So I'm glad I use opk and track cm
