magnesium ❤️💛💚
I have always taken powdered magnesium supplements and since finding out I'm pregnant, I do a half serving twice a day. It realives my aches, stress, constipation and helps me sleep. It's also good for preventing early labor later on! I was surprised to not find it in my prenatal vitamins. Would definitely recommend to ask your dr. about taking it, but I love it!
