Found out yesterday that I am 1 cm dilated and inbetween 50 & 75 % thinned out at 34w3d. Had my first child at 35 weeks exactly. My midwife told me to take it easy and relax as much as possible. How concerned should I be?

I am 1 cm dilated, my cervix is soft, and baby is fully engaged. This is my second baby, but my midwife doesn't seem too concerned. She said she hopes I make it to at least 36 weeks, I am 34 w 3 days today. I wouldn't be too concerned. I was also told to take it easy, but I'm not in pelvic rest or bed rest. Just light activity. With my firstborn I was 1 cm dilated at 30 weeks and stayed that way until 38 weeks, then had my son at 38 and 6.
