My fiancé and I do it every time I'm on mine   A lot of ppl say to do it at the end when your flow is light but we do it whenever we're in the mood, so pretty much every day😂 I think it's amazing; it helps with cramps, makes your flow lighter and ends your period faster. It's also a great bonding experience! I highly recommend it!

Yes and it felt gross and disgusting and I couldn't really get into it. To each their own but I don't see nothing wrong with taking a break from sex for a few days.

I'll have sex if I'm toward the end of my period when there's not much blood coming out anymore, but if it's like day 2 and the blood is gushing out, no way. Too much mess.
