Would you be worried?

My husband and I are worship leaders at our church. Recently, another worship leader asked us to do collaboration with her at her church. She's on the younger side. But what's starting to get under my skin is she is very touchy feely with my husband and is always laughing and hitting him. Even when he isn't trying to be funny. He could say the sky is blue and she would laugh. What is happening here? I'm so annoyed. She has gone to the point where she is asking for his number, which is totally inappropriate because the way we operate is he sends the females my number instead of his and I will give his number to males who want to work with us. Like, what is so important that you need to talk to only him about? I'm frustrated. I am PMSing and so overly sensitive. Maybe I am reading too much into this? Should I say something?

She may not even be aware she's doing it or how her actions are being perceived by others. I would sit down privately with her and have a talk woman to woman. Let her know what you've seen and how it makes you feel and that you'd like her to be more conscious of her actions around your husband and less hands-on.

I would step in! She shouldn't be texting your husband.. Because even if nothing happens, you want to protect him. That way no one can make false accusations.

Maybe say something light hearted and hope she gets the hint. "You're very touchy feely today! Do I need to try set you up with someone" and laugh

I would speak to your husband about it. Explain that her behaviour makes you uncomfortable - I would expect if he hasn't already he would understand and notice it once you point it out (men can be so dense about girls flirting sometimes.) Then he could approach the woman in a neutral manner and explain that her behavior is inappropriate or makes him and yourself uncomfortable. A good man will respect your wishes and would hopefully handle the issue with tact and respect.

She isn't acting very christian. No more colaborations with her. In a conversation, bring up the "tentations" a young woman faces. Like immorality and how they may feel attracted to married men because they see qualities in them they might see desirable. How its important to be careful with the opposite sex and have boundaries so as to not fuel innapropriate relationships. She'll get the hint and won't be able to disagree with you. Maybe she'll feel embarassed because she didn't realize she was doing this

I would think it was weird. I also thought it was weird we were at build a bear and my husband wanted to do a voice recording and the woman told him to come to the back room of the store to record it. So, needless to say I have a tendency to overreact lol but trust your gut.
