tips for TTC?

It's been 13 month of TTC, and nothing. Not a day late period or phantom symptom or nothing. It's breaking my heart we want this so much. Any tips or tricks you felt worked for you? No matter how silly or coincidental.. please I'm so desperate now 😞😞😞

I would set up an appointment with your Gyno. If you haven't been, track your cycle with BBT charts and OPKs so you have that data for your doctor. Get your SO's doctor to schedule him for a sperm analysis too. Been in your shoes... 19 months and counting. Going to our specialist tomorrow for the game plan. Good luck!

I have seen a lot of women use Pre-seed lubricant and have seen it work for them :)

Have you seen a doctor? You can get all the checks to make sure everything is ok after 12 months xx
