I weighed myself for the first time in months yesterday. The last time I weighed myself I was 199 lbs and I was so scared that I'd go over 200 lbs. I was over eating and not working out at all.
I have been doing at home "work outs"- squats, sit ups and push ups and when I weighed myself yesterday I was 184. I couldn't believe it. I haven't been doing the working out for long so I don't know how much of my weight loss has been to that or changing how much I eat but I'm very proud. 😎 I can't wait to see how much more I can lose!
