why hasn't he texted me?

met a guy today for the first time, cuddled and kissed in bed for a few hours. he tried to have sex with me twice but i stopped him - think he was annoyed by this but kept it quiet. he took me home when i needed to go and i told him to message me later when he's home - 6 hours later and he still hasn't but he's been online facebook and whatsapp - what does this mean??????? he came to see me especially - drove 2 and a half hours and when i stopped him he asked why and said something along the lines of "do you think that's all this is" ????
