Bought a gem- where is it?

So I bought the first time gem and have tried re-buying it and it says Ive bought it but it doesn't show up anywhere and I just get the preview when I click it... wtf?

I've had this happen with a number of gems. Email glow about it and they'll get it up and working for you eventually - make sure you have your receipt for the gem though.

Scroll down the home page. You see where all the gems are connected. It should be in that chain. That's where mine showed up.
